Dresses Galore!

 Lady Gray Bridal:
--PrincessJessica: My dress, BP dresses, and MOB outfit (aka pant suit) came from Lady Gray Bridal in Beacon. Tina and Grace were wonderful to deal with. Everything was ordered in plenty of time and due to a pregnancy (my best friend ended up becoming pregnant right after her wedding), we had to rush ship another dress for her. It came in enough time for the wedding as well.
All alterations were done there as well, all dresses fit fine for those who went for a final fitting. I didn't hear any grief about the ones that didn't totally fit properly except for one of my bridesmaids, but that's because she was pissed I didn't go to the shop where she went.

Reginella's:
--
Chrisnjay2010: The owner, Rita, is a wonderful woman. She makes the whole thing an experience. The shop is so quaint and homey. She makes you feel like you are the only bride. She has been wonderful so far

Gowns by Louise:
--BellaSposa223: I had only went to two shops, a random store in the Bronx and this one. I tried on 2 dresses before I found the one. MOB and MOG dress also came from there and Louise the owner is just fantatic. She calls me once a week to check in on me (her and I recently had the same weight loss surgery) and I just love her. Also, she explained to me that being that she's heavy she's always hated how when she went to bridal shops and they only have dresses that weren't plus size to try on. So with that said, she does carry plus size dresses which is always great for us full figured ladies =)

Kleinfeld's:
--Manda26: I had a wonderful experience and they got me exactly what I want - even gave me the trunk show discount even though there was not a trunk show going on for the designer I bought. My consultant, Rita, was so sweet and friendly.

--Mericherry:  went to kleinfelds and dealt with Sarah. She was so nice and helpful. She listened to my ideas and gave honest feedback. And it just happened to be a sample sale day so i got a great deal. . now just to figure out the rest : )

Brides Fantasy:

--Indecisive Girl: It is Maggie Sottero Phillipa. The seamstress is still working on the alterations. I fell in love with this dress at the Townshop but it was out of my price range. Brides Fantasy had the dress for $200 cheaper which is why I went there.

David's Bridal:

--EIHRHM: My dress came fom davids and I had a great time their everyone was helpful and I have no complaints. Side note I found the same dress for 1300. More at town shop. It's a different designer but the same dress although mine has beads all over the lace where the townshop did not. So I got a better dress for tons less!
My bm dresses came from their as well

-- Princess91309: David's Bridal in Yonkers for my dress, all BM dresses, FG dress and MOB dress. Well the girls dress color was amazing, glad I chose it, but the service was well BLAH!! Everytime I went or called there it was a problem. If I ever have to go back to a David's again it won't be that one.

--AmyRaposeiro (Albany): We had a great experience there, everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Netbride.com:
--Indecisive Girl: The bridesmaid dresses are Bill Levkoff #966. We ordered them from Netbride since it was about $150 cheaper and because the bridesmaids were all over the US and wouldnt be able to go to the same store and we were worried about the colors matching. Netbride was great. However, if I had to do it over I would have just had the bridesmaids go to a store and pick out whatever dress they wanted in the same color. All of the dresses came in really big and the alterations have been expensive (one person paid $170 in alterations which was more than the dress!). It was not worth the headaches.

--Meliss5718:  They have been great to work with so far, very professional and quick to answer any questions. I heard several reviews about dresses coming in too big, so 1/2 the girls were able to try on their actual size from other shops, and we rounded down sizes for the other girls. More to say when they come in this January.

Wedding Atelier:
--Meliss5718:  Visited 8 dress shops over the course of 10 appointments and this shop def stands out. My consultant was so sweet and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. No pressure to buy here either. Can't wait for my dress to come in!

Macy's:
--EIHRHM: My mob dress came from macys and wads while lot cheaper then getting it anywhere else

--Foxyjean911: I got my dress from Macy's Bridal Salon in Wayne, NJ. No tax in NJ on clothes, which I thought was worth the trip. The only down side was that all the alterations have to be done there, but they did a really awesome job on the alterations. I was very happy with their service

Helen Bohn Bridal:
--Rblucy: All dresses were purchased at Helen Bohn Bridal in Washington Township NJ. I had a great experience with them. Their prices are reasonable and alterations are included for the bride and mothers. BM alterations are reasonable (I had a dress altered there for another wedding and it was about $35 to have the whole top taken in and have it shortened). They are not super friendly but they are very professional and really know their stuff. I thought their alterations were really great also.

J.Crew Online:

--Foxyjean911: I ordered my bridesmaids dresses online from J.Crew. The Rebecca dress was being discontinued and I had a 30% off coupon. The final cost with tax and shipping was $62 per dress. Plus it's a little black dress that they can reuse. I was very happy with the dresses, and I only heard a couple complaints about the dresses needing to be altered to fit because I couldn't order the right size since it was being discontinued.

Bridal Cottage:

--LilJen7755: I love my dress and my moms but I was really unhappy with my girls dresses. They came in the wrong color and the lady at the shop will not help me to fix them, even though she ordered the wrong color. So I had to order a new dress and extra material for our semstress to fix all my girls dresses. I ordered the new dress and my mother in laws to b from the Town Shop and they were extremely helpful! :)

--Rosebud4344: Words cannot express how amazing Gladys is...she is phenomenal!

Fontanna's:

--Midgette: LOVE THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMM and Brenda my sales associate is the women! =)

RK Bridal:
--PrincessVespa:  They have tons of dresses for great prices, but it helps to have a style in mind before you go.

Bijou Bridal:
--Kel312ny: My mom bridesmaids and I all got our dresses at Bijou Bridal in Paramus, NJ. I thought everyone was fitted beautifully and looked gorgeous! They have a really nice selection and it's a really classy place. I had a great experience there.

K's Wedding Center:
--Rosebud4344: very helpful- there was a price increase for some larger sizes which they did not tell me about and I felt bad when it went to the girls but I don't know if that is common practice other

--Kittykat956: Again this is another place that I always hear mixed reviews about. So far so good for us. They have been super to work with. The dresses took a little longer to come in than promised but nothing major.

Town Shop:
--Kittykat956: I LOVE my dress. It's classic and romantic. I always read mixed reviews about The Town Shop but they have been wonderful to me. They acctually remember you when you go in there! They were super accomadating when I went to pick my wedding dress (I was there 3 hours with a troop of 10 people), and have been great any other time we have gone in there.

--Ssage:
I have to say that they have been extremely helpful and accommodating. There ended up being an issue with my dress and they ordered me a new one with a month and a half to go.It is in and I go tomorrow. They did NOTHING but the best in this situation, really and I cannot say enough about them.My experience picking out the dresses was great as well.I loved my saleslady and she really knew what I wanted. BMs…also town shop. They got a 15% discount since I bought my dress there. We had no help because we had already done research and knew what we wanted. They were very helpful with questions on alterations, etc. concerning their dresses.

Bella Couture:

--Steven8385: Very nice people in the store and we've been happy with them so far.

The Wedding Planners Boutique:

--Steven8385: Very nice people in the store and we've been happy with them so far.

Bob's Dress Shop

--Rosebud4344: My mom was really happy with her dress!

Nordstroms

Tuxes:

Men's Warehouse:

--Foxyjean911: Men's Wearhouse in Middletown, NY. I thought they were over priced and there was a mix up with my father's suit. I kinda understand why though. My father is a Jr. and my brother is the 3rd. My husband didn't know that so when he made the reservations he put them down as Sr. and Jr. My Dad wanted a different tux from the other guys, but ended up with the same exact tux. At least it fit him though, which was a big concern when we realized he got the wrong tux. My son was our ring barer and he's also a ring barer for my cousin's wedding in 2 weeks. His tux rental from Dante is $60 cheaper than from Men's Wearhouse

--AmyRaposeiro:  We placed the order in Charlotte, NC and everyone was super friendly there. We picked the majority of the tuxes up at the JV Mall in Yorktown and for the most part they were fine, but there were a couple of minor issues that were corrected by the day of our wedding.

--Liljen7755: So far they have been very helpful! I really like them, hopefully ill still feel that way after the wedding as long as nothing gets messed up, lol.

Dante Michael's:

--Rblucy: They were fine. MH didn't like how the jacket fit originally but they got him another the next day (we picked them up about 4 days early). Prices seemed on par with Men's Warehouse and others.

Ridge Squire:

--Princess91309:Great to work with, gave us break on the price cause he knew our venue MGR. DH's tux was covered in lint when he got it home, not sure how that happened, but it came off. And one tux had a small stain on it, but thats what you get when you rent tuxes. You could barley see it unless you were on top of it. Most importantly they all had there tuxes, they were all ready when they all went to pick them up, they all fit properly, and they all looked so Handsome!!

Sossi Formals:

--PrincessJessica:  I used to work in the Borders next to it, and friends of ours used them for their wedding. I never really had any interactions with them that was mostly my husband. I do know that there were a couple issues with 2 of the tuxes, one was too short, another had a faulty zipper on the pants. Both issues were resolved immediately. DH got his tux rental for free due to the entire party renting from them.If we had needed to have rented for my OOT father in law (who ended up passing before the wedding they had a special postcard that they used, FIL could have gone to any tux shoppe near him get the measurements then send in to Sossi. When he was here for the wedding he could pick up the tux.

Savvi(Danbury Mall):

--Ssage: so far, so good. let you know when they get picked up
